Pianist and Singer/Songwriter Julian Moreen takes you on a musical journey from Europe to America that takes inspiration from both continents and beyond, bringing together the depth of world music, the freedom of jazz and the lyrical beauty of folk and chanson. Son of a German mother and a Peruvian father, he grew up near the French-Swiss border, then moved to the United States where he graduated from Berklee College of Music and now lives in New York. He won several piano competitions in Germany, received a Berklee songwriting award and has toured in Germany, Switzerland, France, Slovakia, Taiwan and along the East Coast.
